Enter Credit Transaction - Menu Options

When you are processing a credit note, you can use the options under the EDIT menu to perform various tasks such as editing the credit note header and choosing between editing items and text.

1. Create a new credit note, or recall an existing one.

Refer to "Creating a New Credit Note" or "Recalling a Held Credit Note".

Micronet displays the Enter Credit Transaction screen.

2. Optionally, you can perform any of the following edits or actions on the Enter Credit Transaction screen if required:

• edit the credit note header - refer to "Enter Credit Transaction - Edit - Header"
• display the accumulated credit note total - refer to "Enter Credit Transaction - Edit - Total"
• choose to manage either items or text for the credit note - refer to "Enter Credit Transaction - Edit - Item / Text".
